Return Conditions

Standard Products (non-customized items):

Eligible for returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.


Customized/Personalized Products:

Because these are made uniquely for you, returns are only accepted if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • There’s a printing or production error on our part.

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the issue (if applicable), and a brief description.

Step 2: Approval

Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 2–3 business days.

Step 3: Return Shipping

  • If the error is on us (wrong item, printing mistake, defect), we’ll cover return shipping or send a replacement at no cost.
  • If you’re returning for other reasons (wrong size, changed mind), you’ll be responsible for return shipping.

Step 4: Refund or Replacement

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or send your replacement within 7–10 business days.
